Who is the manufacturer of the lighting?

All RGB+ lighting products sold by WonderLights Canada are manufactured by Minleon/Rainman.

Minleon is the largest manufacturer-importer of LED holiday replacement bulbs in the USA commercial market, with manufacturing facilities in China and on-site customer service, support and warehousing in the USA. Minleon owns their own factories, which give them a consistent product, custom order flexibility and quicker lead times.

Formed in 2005, Minleon quickly established a presence in the industry by focusing on superior product quality, reliability and customer service.

Their core product line includes LED decorative replacement/retrofit bulbs of all shapes and sizes. In 2007 Minleon introduced the first successful dimming LED replacement bulb capable of working with automated lighting software. This competitive edge further strengthened Minleon’s market presence.

Continuing this innovative strategy, Minleon entered the high-energy RGB-LED intelligent lighting field by manufacturing a series of color-changing light strings, tubes & fixtures.

With its established nationwide network of distributors, Minleon is positioned as a leader in decorative intelligent lighting, to match its current leading position in the traditional, decorative LED retrofit commercial market.

What is the warranty?

All RGB+ lighting products have a 5 year manufacturer's warranty with exception of Pebble Lights.

Pebble Lights have a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.

How do I make a return?

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lift Lighting London. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please read the following guidelines and procedures regarding returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number. 
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs if applicable.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RA number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • In case of a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds 

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available as direct replacements for items with manufacturer defects.
  • If you receive a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same product, please follow the same return process mentioned above.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the direct replacement to you at no additional cost.

If I move, can I take my Pebble Lights with me?

Pebble Lights are designed to be attached using an outdoor rated adhesive. This attachment method ensures a strong and reliable connection, allowing the lights to stay in place for an extended period.

However, when it's time to remove them, you can do so without difficulty and with minimal to no damage left behind.

How are Pebble Lights used?

Pebble Lights are an innovative way to add ambiance and energy to your space, both indoors and out. Since they can be attached with an outdoor rated double sided adhesive, they can be added virtually anywhere - not just on the eaves of your home or business.

How long do Pebble Lights last?

Get ready for a dazzling journey with RGB-LEDs that can shine bright for an impressive 50,000 hours!

If you use them for an average of 6 hours per day, you can bask in their vibrant glow for more than 20 fantastic years of lighting enjoyment.

What happens if one light goes out?

Pebble Lights are designed with a back up data line so the signal will continue to the remainder of the lights in the run therefore not affecting the rest of the lights.
